hi, why is it i see listings fron other countries in ebay .ph? its very hard to browse because there are too many. can i remove it from my browser and see only listings from local sellers? thank you.

i am from philippines and i want to buy night vision goggles from united states. but there messages that says restriction of the item being exported outside united states.. can anyone enlighten me if it is possible to buy the goggles?

is anyone here a victim of fraud and deceit from a seller, fully paid an item thru bank to bank transfer, didn't reive the item, opened a case, followed instructions an consequently received a reimbursement from ebay? thank you

Hi. What do i do if i want to cancel transaction with the seller? Its been 10 days and i haven't receive any INVOICE for this item nor the seller has yet to contact me. I no longer wish to continue to wait and buy this item. I already request or the total and emailed the seller but NO RESPONSE.
